Toyota Prius drivers, Brin apparently would rather people not discover that his daily driver is an environmentally friendly Prius.Perhaps he doesn’t wish to disclose that fact because he bought it just so he can legally drive in California’s underused carpool/hybrid lane without a passenger. His other vehicle is a Tesla Roadster, which he and Google business partner, Larry Page, invested in. The electronic roadster sells for $100,000 and has a range of at least 200 miles on the highway and 270 miles in stop-and-go city driving without a recharge.
