Although the V8-powered LS is based on the same platform as the Jaguar S-Type, the Lincoln has performed better in crash tests. The luxurious sedan offers a sport-tuned suspension and rear-wheel drive for better handling than is expected from a Lincoln. Stability control, side-curtain airbags and a rear-parking assist system are optional. This is the LS’ last year in production; next year it will be replaced by an all-new model.
