Of all the vehicles on our list from the first six seasons of The Sopranos, aside from Johnny Sack’s Maserati, none may be as loved by their owners as the Hummer H2 that Christopher Moltisanti owned during the show's fifth season (view The Sopranos vehicle slideshow).

“Considering he’s a younger guy and the Hummer H2 is all the rage with some of the guys — I think it fits in,” said fan Nino Caruso. “I don’t like it myself.”

With its chrome grille, leather seats, sunroof and 6.0-liter V8 engine that puts out just over 300 hp, the H2 Moltisanti drove in the fifth season, fit his title as captain. And just as he has his weaknesses, the Hummer has its problems: Its large size, heavy weight and cumbersome handling mean that it isn’t likely to get many miles to the gallon.

“I think that was also his evolution, moving up in the family,” said fan Christine Dolan. “Getting more power, being more showy.”

As a soldier for Tony Soprano, Moltisanti might have the greatest ambitions and potential of any wise guy in New Jersey. He also has some serious weaknesses: He beat his fiancée Adriana La Cerva before he had her whacked for cooperating with the Feds, has substance-abuse problems and trouble controlling his emotions. Case in point:  After spending the weekend reburying bodies in upstate New York with Tony Soprano and his cousin, Tony Blundetto, Moltisanti left early so that he could drive home alone in his Hummer H2. Looking back as an adult years later, thinking about the way Soprano and Blundetto humiliated him when he was a kid and knowing that things haven’t changed much since, Moltisanti’s eyes welled with tears.

Before his brief ownership of Johnny Sack’s Maserati and the H2, Moltisanti owned a number of vehicles: the Lexus LS400, Mercedes CLK 430 and the Land Rover Range Rover.
