Available in summer 2006, the MXT is a smaller sibling to International's mighty CXT. The MXT weighs only five tons, compared to CXT's 7.25 tons. The newer model is also tidier in appearance. It features straight, smooth sides, whereas the brawny CXT wears two 35-gallon fuel drums behind its front fenders. Still, with the MXT's boxy, upright body, bold chrome grille and 20-inch wheels, you won't mistake it for a lightweight. The four-door, five-passenger, four-wheel-drive truck includes sumptuous amenities consistent with what International calls the “image truck market.”
