Like the 2007 Toyota Tundra, Nissan's beefed-up Titan aims to gain credibility in the full-size pickup market that American brands have long dominated. It can’t pull as much as the super-heavy-duty models in spots one through seven, but it meets and exceeds the best towing capacities of the standard version pickups from Dodge, Ford and GM. Nissan includes innovative features like a lockable outside storage bin behind the left rear wheel and movable tie-down clamps that slide on rails recessed neatly into the bed.
