Based on the Audi A6 midsize sedan, the new-for-2007 Q7 is the brand's first SUV and replaces the former Allroad wagon in the U.S. lineup. Both stylish and comfortable, it can accommodate up to seven passengers in three rows, with the second row able to adjust fore and aft. A 4.2-liter V8 delivers 350 hp and is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission that can be shifted manually. A 280-hp 2.8-liter V6 will be offered starting in September 2006. Audi's quattro all-wheel drive is standard. It comes well-equipped, with an assortment of high-tech features available.
