2007 Jaguar S-Type

2007 Jaguar S-Type Model Overview

Vehicle Summary: 2007 Jaguar S-Type

Like all Jaguars, the midsize S-Type sedan is stylish and sporty, especially the top-of-the-line S-Type R with a supercharged V8. (For the record, Jaguar calls it the S-TYPE.) The base Jaguar S-Type 3.0 has a 3.0-liter V6 engine; the Jaguar S-Type 4.2 has a 4.2-liter V8; supercharging the 4.2 liter V8 gives the Jaguar S-Type R 400 hp. The S-Type has almost, but not quite, lived down its beginnings, sharing a platform with the (now discontinued) Lincoln LS, also from parent Ford Motor Co. A redesign is expected around 2008.
