The TL is Acura's midsize sedan. It includes plenty of features at an affordable price, making it a good value. The sporty version of the Acura TL is called the Type-S, and it features a stiffer suspension, added power, and an available six-speed manual transmission. The softer, base TL comes with an already strong V6 engine and five-speed automatic transmission. Both versions have taut lines and angular styling, with the Type-S getting a few exterior tweaks to signify its performance intentions.
