2008 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster

2008 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster Model Overview

Vehicle Summary: 2008 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster

The stylish two-seat Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster was expected to hit showrooms in the second quarter of 2007. It is an elegant British alternative to the Porsche 911 and similar sports cars, with a hand-built 4.3-liter V8 engine under its long hood that generates 380 hp. It can be mated to either a close-ratio six-speed manual transmission or a new Sportshift automatic gearbox with manual-shift capability. The power-operated top in the V8 Vantage Roadster opens in 18 seconds and stows beneath a rear tonneau cover. Inside, it has a handsome leather- and aluminum-trimmed interior.
