The stylish Volvo C70 convertible is part of the automaker's ongoing efforts to shed its image as a maker of stodgy suburbanite sedans and wagons. It comes with a retractable hard top that lowers at the push of a button in around 30 seconds. It affords a quieter and more secure cabin than the typical cloth-top convertible, though it also means that trunk space is greatly reduced with the top down. Power comes from a 2.5-liter inline five-cylinder engine. The Volvo C70 is well equipped with side airbags and many standard features.
