The Volvo XC90 is a crossover SUV that's based on the S80 sedan. The base powerplant is a 3.2-liter inline six-cylinder engine. The top versions pack a stronger V8 engine. A six-speed automatic transmission that can be shifted manually is standard across the line. The XC90 can seat up to seven passengers via an optional third-row seat.
