Although most of the 2006 model-year vehicles found on ForbesAutos.com are upscale, we do cover a few lower-cost “fun” models that are in high demand. Included are these basic convertibles — economical, utilitarian, all-purpose drop-tops that are moderately sporty but hardly sports cars.
